How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only as follows:
4.1 Assigned Moving Carriers
When you book and pay a deposit, we share your name, contact details, addresses, move date, inventory, and scan photos with the carrier assigned to your move. This is required to fulfill your moving service.

AI Scanning & Photo Data
goCubify uses advanced computer vision AI to analyze photos and videos of your home to generate your moving inventory. Here is how your scan data is handled:
- Photos and videos are uploaded to our secure cloud storage
- Images are processed by our AI vision system solely to generate your inventory list
- Your scan photos are stored securely and shared with your assigned carrier as move documentation
- You may request deletion of your scan photos at any time by contacting us below
- Scan photos and videos are automatically deleted 90 days after your delivery is confirmed. Your itemized inventory, move documentation, and transaction records are retained separately per Section 6.
Important: By using the scan feature, you confirm you have the right to photograph the space and items being scanned, and consent to your photos being processed by AI to generate your inventory.

Data Retention
- Active accounts: Retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years
- Move records: Minimum 3 years per FMCSA 49 CFR regulations for interstate moving brokers
- Payment records: 7 years per accounting and tax requirements
- Scan photos: Automatically deleted 90 days after delivery confirmation
- Deleted accounts: Personal information removed within 90 days of deletion request, except where required by law

- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)

No method of internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but maintain commercially reasonable protections.
