goCubify LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, website at gocubify.com, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Full name, email address, phone number
- Password (encrypted — never stored in plain text)
- Origin and destination addresses for your move
- Home size, number of rooms, move date
- Photos and videos captured via the AI scan feature
- Itemized inventory list generated from your scans
- Your moving/leaving selections and survey responses
- Payment information (processed by our secure payment partner — we do not store full card numbers)
2.2 Collected Automatically
- Device type, operating system, app version
- IP address and approximate location
- App usage data — screens viewed, session duration
- Crash reports and error logs
- Analytics data via our analytics platform
2.3 From Third Parties
- Address validation and distance data from mapping services
- Carrier licensing information from FMCSA public records

AI Scanning & Photo Data
goCubify uses advanced computer vision AI to analyze photos and videos of your home to generate your moving inventory. Here is how your scan data is handled:
- Photos and videos are uploaded to our secure cloud storage
- Images are processed by our AI vision system solely to generate your inventory list
- Your scan photos are stored securely and shared with your assigned carrier as move documentation
- You may request deletion of your scan photos at any time by contacting us below
- Scan photos and videos are automatically deleted 90 days after your delivery is confirmed. Your itemized inventory, move documentation, and transaction records are retained separately per Section 6.
Data Retention
- Active accounts: Retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years
- Move records: Minimum 3 years per FMCSA 49 CFR regulations for interstate moving brokers
- Payment records: 7 years per accounting and tax requirements
- Scan photos: Automatically deleted 90 days after delivery confirmation
- Deleted accounts: Personal information removed within 90 days of deletion request, except where required by law

- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)

Security
- All data in transit is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
- Authentication uses signed tokens with expiration
- Payment data is handled exclusively by our payment partner
- All data is stored on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure
- Access to your data is limited to authorized personnel only
No method of internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but maintain commercially reasonable protections.
SMS Communications
goCubify uses SMS (text messaging) to deliver transactional and account-related messages to customers and carriers who have explicitly opted in. We collect phone numbers only when users voluntarily provide them during account creation or carrier onboarding and affirmatively consent to receive SMS by checking an unchecked consent box.
9.1 No Third-Party Sharing of Mobile Information
9.2 SMS Programs
goCubify operates three distinct SMS programs:
- Customer Transactional: booking confirmations, quote delivery, payment receipts, carrier assignment, and move-day updates for goCubify customers
- Carrier Operational: job assignments, document requests, verification codes, and operational updates for vetted goCubify carriers
- Account Security: two-factor authentication codes, password reset codes, and account security notifications
9.3 Message Frequency & Costs
Message frequency varies based on account activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per week during active bookings. Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
9.4 How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts unless you explicitly opt back in. To get help, reply HELP to any message or use the contact form at the bottom of this page.
9.5 Supported Carriers
SMS is supported on AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and most other US wireless carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please use the contact form below and we will delete it promptly.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA:
- Right to Know: Request information about personal data collected in the past 12 months
- Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information (subject to exceptions)
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising CCPA rights
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell your personal information
