Overview
These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your use of text messaging services provided by goCubify LLC ("goCubify," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive SMS messages from goCubify, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Our SMS Programs
goCubify operates three distinct SMS programs. Each requires a separate opt-in and serves a specific purpose:
2.1 Customer Transactional
Booking confirmations, quote delivery, payment receipts, carrier assignment notifications, and move-day coordination updates for goCubify customers who book moving services through our mobile app.
2.2 Carrier Operational
Job assignment notifications, pre-qualified customer leads, document requests, verification codes, and operational updates for vetted moving carriers who have completed our onboarding application.
2.3 Account Security
Two-factor authentication codes, password reset codes, login verification, and critical account security notifications for all goCubify users.
How to Opt In
You can opt in to goCubify SMS programs in the following ways:
- Customers: During account creation in the goCubify mobile app, by checking the SMS consent box (which is unchecked by default) and agreeing to these SMS Terms.
- Carriers: During the carrier onboarding application at gocubify.com/carriers, by checking the SMS consent box and verifying your phone number with a one-time code.
- Account Security: When you provide your phone number during registration and confirm it with a one-time verification code, you consent to receive future security-related messages tied to your account.
Your consent is logged with timestamp, IP address, and user identifier. You may review or revoke your consent at any time using the contact form below or by texting STOP.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the SMS program(s) you have opted in to. Typical frequency:
- Customer Transactional: Up to 10 messages per week during active bookings; very few messages outside of an active move
- Carrier Operational: Up to 15 messages per week during active job activity; varies based on accepted jobs
- Account Security: Sent only in response to a user-initiated action (login, password reset, etc.)
We do not send promotional or marketing SMS through any of our programs.
Message & Data Rates
Msg & data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each SMS message you send or receive. goCubify does not charge a separate fee for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may. Check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of goCubify SMS at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any message you receive from us:
- STOP
- STOPALL
- UNSUBSCRIBE
- CANCEL
- END
- QUIT
After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive any further SMS messages from the program(s) you opted out of, unless you explicitly opt back in. To opt back in, reply START, YES, or UNSTOP to the confirmation message, or re-enable SMS in your goCubify account settings.

For help with goCubify SMS at any time, you can:
- Reply HELP or INFO to any goCubify message

- Visit gocubify.com/contact
When you reply HELP, you will receive an automated response identifying goCubify and providing our support contact.
Supported Mobile Carriers
goCubify SMS is supported on AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and most other major US wireless carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available in all areas, and message delivery is not guaranteed.
Privacy & Data Sharing
Phone numbers collected for SMS programs are used exclusively for the purposes described in these SMS Terms. The only entities that may process your phone number on our behalf are the SMS communications providers we use to deliver messages, and they are contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.

Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated version with a new effective date and, where required by law, by sending a notification message to active subscribers. Your continued use of our SMS services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
