goCubify is not a lead marketplace. It is a vetted carrier network with real standards — weekly compliance monitoring, automated job paperwork, and a back office built around accountability on both sides of every move.

How it works
From scan to signed brief.
Every job in the goCubify network goes through the same pipeline before it reaches a carrier. No manual steps, no back-and-forth.
01
Customer scans their home
Google AI identifies every item and builds a full itemized inventory — photos, cubic footage, room by room. No manual entry. No guesses based on square footage alone.
02
Deposit secured via Stripe
The customer reviews their live quote and pays a deposit before a carrier is ever assigned. Every job that reaches you is funded. The customer is committed.
03
JAF and estimate sent automatically
A Job Assignment Form and your binding estimate are generated and delivered to your back office automatically — no manual send from our team. Both require a signature from your authorized representative before the job is confirmed.
04
Accept and execute
Review the full job brief in your back office, accept the job, and show up prepared. Your FMCSA credentials are shared with the customer the moment you accept. Digital bill of lading and post-move rating handled entirely in the platform.
Your back office
A login built for your operation.
Every approved carrier receives a personalized back office login. It is your command center for every job in the network.
What's inside
Everything you need, nothing you don't.
Incoming job briefs — full inventory, photos, distance, move date, and deposit confirmation
Automated JAF and binding estimate delivery with e-signature — no waiting on our team
Job history, completed moves, customer ratings, and post-move video testimonials
Your live FMCSA compliance status — updated automatically as soon as our weekly check runs
GPS tracker alerts — clear notice on any job where the customer has enabled shipment tracking
Trust-based job access
New carriers begin with a limited number of available jobs. As you complete moves and build your rating within the network, your access expands. Our highest-rated carriers are offered an auto-accept option — jobs in their service area are automatically confirmed without manual review, giving them first access to the best briefs.
Our standards
What we expect from every carrier.
This network is only as strong as the carriers in it. These are not suggestions.
Weekly FMCSA compliance checks — automatic
Our system checks every approved carrier against FMCSA records on a weekly basis. If your authority status changes, your insurance lapses, or your legal name is updated, future jobs are paused immediately and automatically. You are notified the same moment our system updates — not after a manual review cycle. There is no grace period. Keeping your FMCSA record current is your responsibility.
Automated JAF and binding estimates — signature required
The Job Assignment Form and binding moving estimate are generated and delivered to your back office automatically when a job is assigned. No waiting on our team to send paperwork. Both documents require a valid e-signature from an authorized representative of your company before the job is confirmed. Unsigned jobs are not live jobs.
Ratings that follow you
Every completed move generates a customer rating and an optional video testimonial. Your standing in the network is built — and tracked — job by job.
First impressions matter
Carriers who receive complaints on their initial set of accepted jobs are removed from the approved carrier list. There is no warning period for conduct issues on early moves.
On-time delivery is not optional
Delayed deliveries without prior communication are not tolerated and will result in access being revoked. Customers booked a date — that date is the expectation.
Your access can be revoked at any time
Conduct issues, FMCSA status changes, delivery delays, and unresolved customer complaints can all result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the network. Approval is not permanent — it is earned and maintained. We are building a platform customers can trust, and that starts with carriers they never have to worry about.
Shipment tracking
When a shipment is being tracked.
Customers are offered the option to place a GPS tracker in their shipment at checkout. If they choose this option, you will know before you accept the job.
Clear notice on every tracked job
Any job brief for a GPS-tracked shipment will display a prominent notice in your back office before you accept. You will see the tracking status clearly on the job card and again in the JAF. This is not disclosed after the fact — it is part of the job information you review before signing. Tracked shipments are monitored in real time from the goCubify customer app from pickup to delivery.
What this means for you
GPS tracking is a customer protection option, not an audit tool. Carriers with nothing to hide have nothing to worry about. Route deviations, extended stops, and delivery timing are all visible to the customer in real time. Carriers who accept tracked jobs and perform well build a stronger trust profile in the network.
Authorization
Signature from an authorized representative.
Every carrier application, JAF, and binding estimate in the goCubify network requires a valid e-signature from a person with legal authority to bind your company.
Who qualifies as an authorized representative
Owner, officer, partner, or anyone with legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your company. Signatures from drivers or non-authorized staff are not accepted. If the signatory on your account changes, it must be updated before new jobs can be confirmed.
Who qualifies
Carrier requirements.
We verify every carrier before approval. This protects customers — and the reputation of every carrier already in the network.
Active FMCSA operating authority — Common or Contract Carrier
Valid DOT number in good standing — verified live at application and weekly thereafter
Minimum required cargo and liability insurance on file with FMCSA
At least one active power unit registered to your DOT number
Government-issued ID for the authorized representative signing the application
Clean safety review — no recent critical violations
Verified US-based phone number
